The Charity Vault maintains this web site for your personal information, education, and communication. You agree to use our site only in a non-commercial manner. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works based on, republish, transmit, repost or otherwise use the content of our site, without prior written authorization from The Charity Vault or the original owner of the copyrighted material.

Termination of Service

You agree that The Charity Vault, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete any content immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if The Charity Vault believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. Further, you agree that The Charity Vault shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the service after said termination.

Changes to the Terms of Service

The Charity Vault may, at any time, modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement by posting such changes on the The Charity Vault web site. If you do not agree to the changes, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of this web site.
