1- How do I list a charity?

Requirements to be listed on The Charity Vault include:

- Registered non-profit organization in country of origin.
- Active website with independent root domain.
- Telephone and mailing address posted on website.

Websites must be a root domain. For example, www.yourdomain.com Charities with websites on freeservers or hosting domains will need a private domain before applying.

If your charity meets the requirements above you may post your charity using the Add A Charity submission form.

2- How do I edit or delete a charity listing?

All charity listings have an Edit and Delete option on the listing. Please note, if you edit or delete a listing the contact information must be correct. If you delete a listing we will contact you for confirmation. If you are deleting a feature charity listing your contact information must match the contact information on the charity website. 

3- How do I post a volunteer opportunity for our charity?

All feature charity listings have a volunteer section that displays in the local volunteer area search. To post a volunteer notice for a charity that already has a feature listing, go to the listing and edit. For charities without a feature listing, please use the Add A Charity submission form. If the charity meets the listing requirements the volunteer information will be posted within 24 hours.

4- How do I get a news article listed?

If your charity has a recent news article that has not been listed, first check to see if your charity has a feature listing, if not please use the Add A Charity submission form. Once your charity has been listed Contact Us with a link to the news article and a link to your feature charity profile on The Charity Vault.

4- How do I get a news article removed?

If for any reason an owner of a copyrighted work does not want the text displayed for the minimum time limit, please Contact Support to have the article removed.
