ROCHESTER , NEW YORK (News 10NBC) - The United Way of Greater Rochester announced today its allocating almost $17-million to tackle the community’s most critical issues. It’s called "Blueprints for Change.”
Starting August 1, the Community Fund dollars will go to 75 local programs for early childhood development, after school and summer enrichment programs for at-risk youth, programs for the aging and disabled as well as crisis services.
