HORSEHEADS, NEW YORK (WENY-TV) - A Montour Falls farm is celebrating a new 4th of July with a showcase of the “classic.”
This weekend marks the 20th Annual Johnson’s Farm Tractor and Engine Show.
The event features parades, wood carvings, and other items for sale. But the main event is, of course, the tractors -- of all shapes and sizes.
Proceeds from the event goes to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Last year, the show raised nearly $13,000.
“My wife says it’s our 20th year, so we should raise $20,000. But I'd say if we can raise a dollar more than last year, it'd be nice,” said Frank Johnson.
“We come down here every year because there's a lot of vendors, a lot of things, you find something you'd want to buy and it's relaxing,” said exhibitor Archie Mack.
The event is going on all weekend at the Johnson's farm on State Route 14.
