David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

LONDON, U K (Contact Music) - Supermodel Gisele Bundchen is urging fans to help her protect endangered elephants after travelling to a wildlife sanctuary in Africa.

The stunner has posted photos from her trip to elephant orphanage the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya online.

Bundchen got the chance to bottle feed the calves and she shared her magical experience with fans on her blog, writing, "When I entered the David Sheldrick Wildlife Sanctuary it felt like being in a dream. We walked into a big field and within minutes we were surrounded by groups of baby elephants.

"I will never understand how someone could kill or harm an animal as beautiful and special as an elephant. We need to speak up for these animals or they will continue to be in danger."
