Prostate Cancer Charity
TAUNTON, U K (This is The West Country) - The Taunton branch of Keyline Builders Merchants has raised more than £1,000 for charity.
Walks, marathons, Movember and driving across Italy helped raise cash for The Prostate Cancer Charity.
Chris Durrant, branch manager at Keyline Taunton, said: “Working within the construction industry, a predominantly male dominated industry, prostate cancer is a very real health concern for our staff, customers and suppliers.
"Everyone at the branch has really embraced the campaign and worked hard to support this worthy and relevant cause, so I would like to thank everyone for their effort and dedication.”
Owen Sharp, chief executive at The Prostate Cancer Charity added: “Keyline has done an amazing job raising vital money and awareness of the disease since the start of the partnership.
"It is fantastic to see they have gone above and beyond all expectations and raised a huge £244,068 for the charity."
