NEW DELHI, INDIA (NDTV) - Notting Hill star Hugh Grant showed off his general knowledge to take part in a charity pub quiz.

The 51-year-old actor was joined by former Doctor Who star David Tennant and UK talk show host Jonathan Ross at Centrepoint's annual Ultimate Pub Quiz here to raise funds for the homeless, reported Contactmusic.

TV presenter Fern Britton hosted the event, which also featured a celebrity auction where guests could bid on any of the stars to join their team for the Showbiz Round of questions.

The event raised USD 80,000 for the charity.
