Our MISSION is: "To engage people and resources from around the world in the research and action necessary for a sustainable Africa.” We currently operate in Swaziland, South Africa and Mozambique. All Out Africa comprises an operating company which focusses on providing responsible travel experiences and a non-profit foundation which focusses on managing social and environmental projects. We have a head office in Swaziland, two bases in Mozambique and a base in South Africa. We have carefully selected our locations to provide the best that southern Africa has to offer in terms of scenery, culture, wildlife and adventure whilst being able to assist some of the most needy people and threatened wildlife of the region. Our head office serves as our communication hub with links to the various field operations and we have a number of vehicles as well as the huge variety of equipment needed to make our operations cutting edge. We have a vision of “a better Africa through working together for wildlife and people”. We aim to play a key role in Africa's future through research and action supported by responsible tourism. We believe in conserving Africa 's natural and cultural heritage as a resource for it's future. We believe in partnerships and working together and we believe in the value of Africa 's wildlife and people. We develop Projects that uphold our mission and we offer the experience of joining these projects to people from around the world (gap-year students, career break volunteers, working holiday travelers and researchers) as a means of supporting them. We are involved in both conservation and social projects. Our conservation projects tackle both ecosystem and species level conservation issues within National Parks, Nature Reserves, Marine Reserves and areas of important biodiversity. Our social projects tackle education and care needs for orphans and vulnerable children in schools, care centres and orphanages. Both our conservation and social projects include hands-on action and research. We have a Research Unit which in addition to co-ordinating our research projects, offers advisory services in line with our mission. The All Out Africa Research Unit has published 6 scientific papers in international journals in the past year and offers free services to our partner organisations.

The All Out Africa Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation registered in Swaziland in 2006 (charity no. RT/7151) to support wildlife and people in need. The Foundation has established a Children Fund and a Wildlife Fund to provide support for the long-term needs of vulnerable children and threatened wildlife respectively.
