The number of the people involved during the year 1999 has been of 38. Services offered by the Organisation: Lodging Half board Courses for artisan formation Vocational guidance Computer knowledge The cultural and social buoyancy Home maker Hospitality to families group The educational and family trust Trainer of the trainers. The Institute has an office directed by Mr. Roberto Lodato, who looks after the all project as well the external relationship. Our institute works in a regional context, national and transnational thanks to the development of an international network. THE INSTITUTE ACTIVITY The social and educational activity of Institute first of all is addressed to young boys, disabled, lowly qualified/unqualified workers, unemployed and young people in initial vocational training,coming from Bari and Foggia province, with social exclusion risk. The under aged are controlled by the Tribunale dei minorenni (the Juvenice Court) and from the Social Services of the City Hall, and the welfare institution. The sejour of the young people in the Institute depends on the reasons of turning away from their families, and usually it is not for more than three years. The rules of the Institute allow the young people to visit their parents or relatives during week-ends and holidays. Both boys and girls are trained by the Institute at the end of their studies.
