The mission of the Peter R. Marsh Foundation is to better our society by cultivating Servant First Leadership. In other words, we believe that great leadership has the power to make our world a better place and we exist to offer leaders in the Pacific Northwest region the training, resources and support they need to experience both practical success and personal fulfillment in their leadership.

An opportunity for established, successful leaders to voluntarily coach, guide, encourage, influence and support individual students of the Peter R. Marsh Foundation in their efforts to implement the principals of Servant -First Leadership in their roles as Small Business leaders.
