Washington Women's Employment & Education Charity Profile
Washington Women's Employment & Education (WWEE) is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency providing job-readiness and computer skills training along with housing and support services to low-income residents of Pierce and King counties in Washington state. The mission of WWEE is to assist low-income individuals to gain the skills, the knowledge, and the courage to be self-supporting.
Our vision is to empower women and their families by stopping the generational cycle of dependency on government assistance and granting them the opportunity to lift themselves out of poverty and into economic stability. Our programs are designed to assist in breaking down barriers to self-sufficiency through education and training.
