Since 1915, your local Volunteers of America has been skillfully evolving into the broad-based, insightful organization that it is today. Over the years, the economy, population and political environment of the greater Puget Sound region have changed dramatically. The human needs for food, compassion and hope have not. Volunteers of America Western Washington, a Christian organization, is dedicated to reaching, serving and empowering diverse individuals, families and communities.

Our programs address a wide range of human need: hunger and homelessness, conflict resolution, early childhood intervention, supported living for the developmentally disabled, crisis response, navigating community resources and more.
