Feminista Marcosur Articulacion Charity Profile

Feminista Marcosur Articulacion is composed of : national coordinations and articulations, NGOs and regional networks, some acting to convoke and others acting as adherents.

Coordination and Seats: at the meeting/assambly in Rio de Janeiro (December 2001) the organization, Cotidiano Mujer (Uruguay) was appointed. It was also decided that this appointment could shift periodically to other organizations and countries.

Thematic Teams: with the purpose of decentralizing tasks, the FAM appeases work via thematic teams that are in accordance with the political objetives and the exigencies of each juncture, and that originate from accumulated interests and experiences of their members.

FAM belongs to: the International Committee on the World Social Forum.
