Community Transformation Foundation Network (COTFONE) is a development, humanitarian relief aid and advocacy non governement organization fully registered with the National NGO Board and Registrar of companies in Uganda.

Its Headquarters are located at Kiwangala Trading Centre, 33km from Masaka Town .

The organization is Committed to support underprivileged community members though psycho-social emergency relief and humanitarian aid and services globally.

The accomplishments since its foundation is attributed to the number of beneficiaries being supported including; Vulnerable/marginalized children
- Vulnerable school dropouts $ in-school youth
- Underprivileged widows, mothers & women
- Needy older persons
- Marginalized community members

COTFONE Goals are five fold;
1. Environmental conversation.
2. Community based health.
3. Human rights and gender issues.
4. Appropriate education.
5. Poverty alleviation.

COTFONE was founded by Yisito Kayinga Muddu , a local Orphan from Kyanukuzi Village - Masaka district at the age of 18 years, who took the volunteering role and the initiative in forming COTFONE upon noticing the increasing demand for services to underpriviled children and communities in the area and globally.

Starting from its humble beginnings , COTFONE has now managed to become one of the leading NGO's in the area. Asides from offering psycho-social , emergency relief and humanitarian aid and services , COTFONE also conducts extensive community development activities/ programs in the areas of operation.
