Women Initiative for Prosperity (WIP) Charity Profile

WIP's Vision a society that recognizes the needs and rights of the
women and children/youth while its purpose of existence (Mission) is
to improve the social economic well being of women and children
through economic empowerment, healthy care, human rights awareness and
education support
WIP's Mission & Vision are guided with the Values of love, care, Human
rights and new ideas.
We work with women (widows and elderly mothers) that are looking after
Orphaned Vulnerable Children's. We support young people in Kamuli in
areas of Education, Sports & Games and access to HIV&AIDS services.

We are working towards a holistic approach of economic empowerment for
the women (widows and grannies) and young people. This project will
have income generating activity aspect for every women house hold and
school drop out youth. We are also looking forward to put in place
Life Skills training & vocational center for youths.
WIP in partnership with other organizations we implement programs that
target women, children and the youth.

Depending on the above information WIP - Uganda is currently looking
forward for possible ways of supporting the vulnerable persons
especially the women and young people through partnering with your
organization with intention of building and improving the lives of the
vulnerable people especially the women and young people. Through this
partnership we expect to realize improved standards of living among
the marginalized persons.
This is also looked at in the aspect of contributing to the rural
community with a main aim of making a difference to the welfare and
quality of life of the people in the community through the
contribution to their knowledge and skills.
We are willing to share and discuss with you more details on this

We welcome any volunteer who is above 18years of age from any country.
