WADARS Charity Profile

We are an animal Charity based in Worthing, West Sussex (UK) established in 1969. The main objectives of the Charity are the rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife and the rescue and rehoming of domestic animals.

We rely solely on Membership, Donations, Legacies and Fund Raising to keep us running.WADARS aim has always been the care and protection of all animals. Over the years our role has changed, demand for us to take in and find new homes for unwanted pets has increased dramatically and takes up a large part of our working day. However, the rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife and birds that are unable to help or care for themselves, will always be an important part of what we do.
