Forrest Outreach Foundation View Charity Profile

The Forrest Outreach Foundation was founded in 1999 by Bob and Kim Nimon in response to Christ's concern for the poor and in memory of Kim's father, Bill Forrest.The Forrest Outreach Foundation is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through strategies that empower the economically disadvantaged. Our organization has developed several programs to empower economically disadvantaged persons to make positive lasting changes in the lives of current and future generations.

Forrest Outreach Foundation Volunteer Information

Volunteering: Each of our programs has on-going need for volunteers. Whether you can spend an hour a month or an hour a week, we can use your talents to further the program's objectives. Typical volunteer positions include being an in-home mentor for our Click-For-Success program, helping with the on-campus computer lab, assisting with arpillera sales, helping with the Tennis Spectacular, soliciting auction items or being a mentor to one of our Threads of Hope participants.
