Catawba Care Coalition Charity Profile

Catawba Care Coalition (CCC) was formed in 1994 and was originally housed at the Rock Hill Health Department and operated under the United Way.In 2000, CCC expanded to include more case managers and an on-site medical clinic. To facilitate this change, the agency incorporated, received status as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and moved to its current Rock Hill facility.To promote optimal health for York, Chester and Lancaster County residents by providing medical care and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and by educating the community to prevent the spread of HIV.
