Lets Help Africa Charity Profile
Our mission is to form a trustworthy link between those who can help, and those in Africa in dire need of help. Let’s Help Africa assists by giving, training and hosting community development programs. We support NGO’s, Missionaries involved in Community Development and Informal Community Projects (such as Informal Orphanages), that we know to be trustworthy and have a proven record of good conduct. We are opposed to the “hand-out” way of giving and, except for orphans, we have a strict policy of “work for what you get” (even if “work” means to attend reading and writing classes), in order to support human dignity and not to perpetuate a poverty mentality.
Lets Help Africa Volunteer Information

Apply your new knowledge in the cool air of some of the breathtaking mountain habitats and cave while participating in conservation and biodiversity studies. Volunteers will build upon their training, gaining knowledge and developing practical safari field skills throughout their time on the program
Volunteers live in an old farm house called “Ou Werf”, and overnight a few nights in a cave, both situated deep within the farm. Ou Werf contains dormitory-style sleeping arrangements, a kitchen and an outside area which doubles up as the main cooking area.
