Community Resource Organization partners grassroots women in harnessing their own Resourcefulness to effect positive change in their lives, families and communities by Acknowledging, Accepting & Respecting what already exists.

Our mission is to direct resources to under-resourced communities in a sustainable manner. by working through a national grassroots women’s network that organize themselves around a daily savings model designed to form the foundation on which these women grasp their poverty & development issues and are able to identify solutions to the widest range of challenges, and are able to manage their responses to these challenges in a spirit of self reliance.

While we welcome the support of volunteers, past experience has taught us that in order for the volunteer experience to have value for all involved, there needs to be a match between the volunteers' expectations & needs and the needs& expectations of the hosting organisation.
