South East European Child Rights Action Network SEECRAN Charity Profile

The Agreement on Human Rights of the Child is just one of the most important progress made in the legislative and normative field since the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948 was created. The legitimacy is secured for the principle that human rights are universal and indivisible. Now we have our standard place to move full implementation. That is as strong on economic, social and cultural rights and the right to development as it applies to civil and political rights do. Democracy and political freedom can not flourish without basic food, clean water, health care and education for all be handled.
