UNFPA Slovakia CST Charity Profile

UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, is the world's largest international source of funding for population and reproductive health programmes. Since we began operations in 1969, the Fund has provided nearly $6 billion in assistance to developing countries.

The Country Technical Services Team (CST) Bratislava was established on 21 November 2000. It is part of the Technical Advisory Programme (TAP) of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).

The main purpose of the Technical Advisory Programme (TAP) is to provide the countries with timely and high quality technical support services to meet country needs in population issues.
