Civilizations do not die from wars.The loss of higher spiritual and moral guidance - now that could crush the most advanced society.The twenty-first century promises to be beyond the technological. The density of the events and experiences in human life per unit of time increases. Crowned the achievements of human civilization became the Internet - supersistema allowing faster bearings in the modern world and make decisions faster. But in a high technocracy and the amenities it offers, we have no right to forget that the crown of God's technologies since the creation of the world has been and remains a man. All that created them must act in its interests, not against them.

The aim of the project - through the promotion of electronic technologies of information resources on culture, art and history in global cyberspace to improve the social, economic and cultural interests of global society.

Our projects Eagle - one of the largest centers of national culture Russian people. His literary traditions have their origins in folk art, which was always famous for Orel region.
In this town held their childhood and youth years NS Leskov and PI Yakushkin lived IA Bunin, AN Apuhtin, M. Markovic (Marco Vovchok). In Orel at different times visited Pushkin, VA Zhukovsky, Nikolai Gogol, GI Uspensky, VG Korolenko. Writer orlovtsami are AA Fet, DI Pisarev, FI Tyutchev, M. Prishvin, Igor Novikov.
