As the 26th national organization in the WWF network, WWF-Philippines (locally known as Kabang Kalikasan ng Pilipinas) successfully implemented various conservation projects to help protect the biological richness of some of the most significant ecosystems the Philippines.WWF-Philippines' ultimate mission is to stop, and eventually reverse the accelerating degradation of the environment in the Philippines. And to build a future in which Filipinos live in harmony in nature.

World Wide Fund for Nature Philippines Volunteer Information

Volunteering at WWF-Philippines is another option for many a budding environmentalist. Volunteers are usually tapped to help out with tasks that can be finished in six months at the most. No particular skills are required of volunteers: just a willingness to work and a commitment to finish the job. True volunteerism is practiced at WWF Philippines, but despite the lack of any kind of monetary compensation or benefits, many of the volunteers that have worked with us in the past have found the experience to be highly rewarding, whether they end up pursuing a career in conservation or not.
