Quoth is a knowledge management tool for strategic planning. It uses the scale up application of practice generalization to expand its range while its operation is progressing. By adopting it, it will help organization and people to improve their performance, practice, and outcome.

Currently, Quoth is in the process of study aims to articulate its purpose, value, direction, and concern; seek an outside opinion to see how the essence of the purpose, value, direction, and concern can be understood easily and supported actively by soliciting positive story of accomplishments, suggestions for improvements, questions, concerns, and/or general comments; and seek participation from organization and people to develop, sustain, improve, and deliver the study. The objective is to ensure organization and people feel, reflect, think, and take on the best of “what is” and/or “what could be” of the study and understand the unique conditions, interpretations, assumptions, and/or concerns upon which judgments are made.

Moreover, the owner of Quoth answers the big questions about why the study exists, how the study seeks to benefit the global communities, where the study is going, and why the study is going there.

Further, Quoth needs empowerment from organization and people to embrace the value and reap the potential benefits.
