Community Health and Education Outreach, Inc, (CHEO) is a consumer healthcare advocacy organization staffed by volunteers. In existence since April 2002, its mission is to provide to the community and individuals educational information and or resources that may be used to alleviate healthcare deficits for financial difficulties. CHEO is striving to improve the health and quality of like of the elderly, the disabled person, the HIV affected person and other individuals who may find themselves at a disadvantage.
