Rawalpindi Eye Donors Organization Charity Profile

Rawalpindi Eye Donors Organization, REDO, as its name suggests was basically established for prevention, cure and re-habilitation of visually handicapped, and has been serving masses in this field since its inception in 1977.

But lately, due to the increased interaction with local/rural communities where REDO has been establishing free eye camps for the last 2-1/2 decades, the members of REDO realized the need to enter other areas of community welfare and general health as well.

Due to this diversification of activities, it was decided that a foundation, namely, REDO FOUNDATION will be established to serve as the Governing Body for all present and future activities.

You can also become a part of REDO family by volunteering your services and expertize towards one of our projects.

We are always on the lookout for volunteer doctors willing to be a part of REDO's Consultative Medical Panel, as well as providing services during the Eye Camps that we regularly conduct in the far flung areas of the country.
