Mission Statement:De Paul works in partnership with individuals, families and communities seeking to create freedom from drug and alcohol addiction.
De Paul Treatment Centers is marking its 27th year of providing chemical dependency treatment services to some of Oregon? most severely affected low-income adults and youth. Over 20,000 people have been served by the agency since its incorporation as a independent non-profit in 1978.
We view addiction as a complex, chronic and treatable illness resulting from an interaction of human behavior and biology. We believe that all individuals have within them innate health and the capacity to recover.
De Paul uses comprehensive, multi-disciplinary, culturally appropriate and evidence-based practices that address the needs of the whole person, family and community. We support participation in groups such as the Anonymous fellowships that provide spiritual inspiration and hope.
We respect the dignity and recognize the uniqueness of each individual and the need for individualized treatment. We utilize all available community resources and work collaboratively to support the ongoing recovery of our clients.
We offer treatment services for both adults and youth. The adult program consists of gender-specific residential treatment and outpatient services. Within the youth program, there are also gender-specific residential and outpatient programs, which target youth ages 12 to 18.
