Willamette West Habitat for Humanity, Inc. Charity Profile

Willamette West Habitat is your independent, local Habitat for Humanity affiliate. We are dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness. We believe every man, woman, and child should have a simple, decent, affordable place to live in dignity and safety.

Our work to generating homeownership and benefiting our community by building simple, decent, affordable homes in partnership with these families has resulted in over 40 families permanently escaping poverty housing. We believe in this mission, because we have seen first-hand how affordable homeownership impacts families, children, and communities.

Willamette West Habitat for Humanity, Inc. Volunteer Information

Volunteers are vital to Habitat's mission. The vast majority of Habitat's work is done by volunteers, either on construction sites or in other areas. We welcome people from all walks of life to help us build homes for families in need. You don't need construction experience to volunteer with Habitat, just a willingness to learn. If you don't know how to do a task, we will train you.
