Human Dignity Coalition Charity Profile

Human Dignity Coalition works in Central Oregon to promote and safeguard human rights.We organize the Central Oregon Gay Straight Alliance, a youth led program where young people organize events, educate the community, and advocate for issues important to queer youth. We organize QYS, a safe space for queer youth and their allies to support each other and hang out. We collaborate with community partners including Baisc Rights Oregon, Oregon Safe Schools and Communities Coalition, Planned Parenthood, and Oregon GSA Network to promote a safe environment for queer youth and their allies in the schools and in the greater community.

Human Dignity Coalition Volunteer Information

Human Dignity Coalition is always looking for volunteers. From event planning to office work, your skills can help make Central Oregon a place that values divesity and is stronger because of it.

Internships and board positions are also available and are a great way to get hands on non-profit experience, earn college credit, and create professional connections. Human Dignity Coalition could not survive without the dedication of our amazing volunteers.
