Teen Round-up Charity Profile

Kim and Roxanne met in CA when Kim Kerley, son of Bud and Joy Kerley, founders of Teen Round-Up went to CA to work on a job for Hallibuton. They met at Canyon Hills Christian singles in 1992. In 1995 they moved to OK to help Kerley's parents run the Teen Round-Up camp. It was in 1999 that Kim and Roxanne established the free summer camp program. Roxanne Kerley had been through a divorce and had 2 small children and knew what it was like to not have enough money for summer activities such as summer camp. Roxanne's dream was born through the pain of divorce and single parenthood. She decided to start a summer camp for the kids from low income homes or broken homes. It has now grown to 10 free summer camps for kids each summer. Now 1,000 children can enjoy a summer camp who would not have this opportunity otherwise. This is Kim and Roxanne's dream. They have 3 children, Mary Jayne, Bethany and Calvin. Calvin, their son lives at home and Roxanne's two daughters are married and have children of their own.
