Love in the Name of Christ Charity Profile

Love INC exists to mobilize area churches to reach out to a hurting and needy world in the Name and Love of Christ. There are many individuals living with severe needs in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community that no social service agency is able to serve.

It is our hope that by having a church volunteer reach out to them in their time of need, the poor, elderly and disabled in our community may understand how much God loves them.

Love INC does not seek to replace or duplicate what human service agencies are doing well, but only to supplement and complement the work of those agencies.

Love in the Name of Christ Volunteer Information

Because Love INC is a Christian ministry which helps church volunteers to serve, we do ask that anyone who wishes to volunteer be a Christian. If you are not a Christian and still wish to volunteer, Love INC will be happy to place you on a team serving with other Christians.
