Prancing Horse Charity Profile

Prancing Horse has always enjoyed an excellent reputation in Moore county for its commitment to serving children with special needs. In our new location serving Moore and surrounding counties, this commitment will continue and be extended to adults, including military personnel in the Ft. Bragg area.

Our objective in our new home is to be certified by NARHA in programs geared to children with special needs as well as implement the new national NARHA program; Horses for Heroes. This program is specifically designed to serve returning military personnel in need of assistance.

Prancing Horse Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization registered in North Carolina. We depend on the support of our community for both financial support and volunteers.

Prancing Horse Volunteer Information

Without volunteers Prancing horse simply can not exist... with them there are simply no limits on what can be accomplished. We invite you to join us in an adventure that provides a needed service to those children, adults and military personnel with special needs.

There are many jobs that need to be done to keep Prancing Horse operational and we are sure that we can accommodate your particular expertise or personal interest. Whether it is working directly with clients, administrative tasks in the office, fund raising, facilities and grounds maintenance or event planning.

Prancing Horse Donation Information

Those of you in our community who are willing to donate financially to the support of Prancing Horse are a valued asset. It is only through your contributions that we can build and maintain our programs. Your donation directly results in children, adults and military personnel benefiting from therapeutic riding.
