Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood is a community-based non-profit organization providing advocacy, education and reproductive health care services in the Capital Region in New York State since 1934. We operate four health centers and serve communities in Albany, Columbia, Greene, and Rensselaer Counties. Our services are delivered with special concern for the underserved.

Volunteers have been a crucial part of the mission of Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood (UHPP) since our founding in 1934. Each year, over one hundred dedicated volunteers help us provide quality health care, educational outreach and political activism within the communities we serve.

Volunteers provide critical assistance, support and leadership, working in many different departments and on a variety of activities. Please join our team of over 100 community volunteers and help us ensure access to comprehensive sex education, affordable health care and reproductive justice.
