Tenants and Neighbors Albany Charity Profile

The mission of Tenants & Neighbors is to build a unified and powerful statewide organization that empowers and educates tenants; preserves affordable housing, livable neighborhoods, and diverse communities; and strengthens tenant protections.

Our work focuses on rent-regulated, project-based Section 8, and Mitchell-Lama housing. We provide organizing support, training, and technical assistance, and we engage in strategic policy advocacy.
