Sean Reilly TBI Fund Charity Profile

On January 27th, 2009, Sean P. Reilly passed away at the age of 25 from complications attributable to a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) that he sustained nearly five years earlier during study abroad semester in Europe.
The Sean Reilly TBI Fund was created to insure that Sean's spirit will live on through the support of TBI Charitable initiatives.
Sean's fund is dedicated to improving the daily quality of life for New jersey victims of Traumatic Brain Injury and their families. Sean's Fund focuses especially on providing assistance to patients and the families of those diagnosed as minimally conscious or in a persistent vegetative sate, whose needs in rehabilitation facilities and nursing homes are often unmet by existing brain injury resources.
