Voices For Charity Charity Profile

Born from the dream to make a difference in the world by sharing love and joy through music, Voices For Charity (VFC) was founded in 1996 by Donna M. Herb. It began as an idea to produce and sell a recording of her church choir singing Christmas music to benefit a local charity. Luckily, the vision did not stop there. Going beyond the church, the concept broadened in scope to feature a variety of talented musicians from all over the New Jersey area. Word spread quickly about the exciting work this group was doing and people began joining the organization. A desire to heighten awareness and stimulate interest in various charities led to targeting a diversity of charities to benefit from Voices For Charity projects.From the proceeds of concerts, recordings, community donations, and fund-raising events, VFC has distributed almost $100,000 to a wide range of charities in central New Jersey.
