MANS is a non-governmental organization that contributes to the development of Montenegro and poverty reduction through work to increase the participation of citizens in decision-making and the establishment of good governance.

MANS is to raise the level of public awareness about the social, economic and civil rights support to the citizens and their associations to actively participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of social policy to promote cooperation and exchange of information between all social groups.
