Volunteers are a vital and valued part of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. They greet visitors, provide hospitality in the restaurant and work behind-the-scenes in the Library and offices. They support the Museumís mission through hands-on service and leadership roles. Itís easy to become one of the more than 500 volunteers who share their time and talent with the Museum. The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art offers three separate volunteer guide programs. Each program is unique in its own way with the goal of finding the best fit for anyone selected into a program.
