Downtown Branson Main Street Association Charity Profile
The Downtown Branson Main Street Association (DBMA) is an official Main Street Program certified by the Main Street Program of the National Trust. The National Trust for Historic Preservation, headquartered in Washington D.C. provides training and technical support for revitalization efforts and guidelines for the certified Main Street Programs in all 50 states.
The mission of the DBMA is revitalization of Branson’s historic business district so that it is equipped to make significant contributions to the local economy. Revitalization for Downtown Branson is more than focusing on physical improvements alone or only on marketing efforts. Comprehensive planning and the activity of the organization address all of the district’s problems and opportunities in a unified way.
