French Camp Academy Charity Profile

French Camp Academy is a Christian school-home for young people of all ages who need to be away from their home to live and learn. We offer a safe, stable, healing environment for young people from families in crisis. As you browse through the information and the pictures of life at French Camp Academy, we hope you will consider referring a young person to our Christian school-home. We accept youngsters of all ages, mostly teenagers, who need a safe, stable environment to live and learn. French Camp Academy, a Christ-centered home and school, exists to serve young people and families for the glory of God. French Camp Academy is an interdenominational Christian boarding school for deserving young people, mostly teenagers, from some type of broken or troubled home situation or for those who can benefit most from what we have to offer.
French Camp Academy accepts young people from all over the country who, for one reason or another, need a place to live and learn away from home.

If you are a parent, grandparent, or guardian who, due to circumstances, needs a better environment for your child, French Camp Academy has been teaching, instructing and guiding hurting young people for over 120 years. We provide a family atmosphere with lots of love and compassion for young people.

Daily, we see the devastating effects on our children from the breakdown of the American family. Our students come to us from a variety of difficult backgrounds including, single-parent homes, substance abuse, absentee parents, abandonment, abuse and neglect. No matter what the situation, our students desperately need the sure foundation of discipline, love and Biblical teachings that are not always available at home.

Young people need caring adult Christian role models, constructive ways to spend time, clear information to make decisions, and unconditional acceptance. Children who have these needs met consistently are healthy contributors to their communities and families. French Camp Academy aims to meet these needs.
