Mind on the Media Charity Profile

Mind on the Media is a 501(c) 3, independent, tax exempt non-profit organization. The work we do is to raise public awareness about the negative effects of images in the media. Mind on the Media will not conduct any partisan activities whatsoever, such as supporting or opposing candidates for public office or lobbying for the passage or defeat of legislation. All programs and acts will be confined to education activities regarding media literacy. The non-profit is prohibited by its organizational documents from taking part in any current political initiatives. Its purpose is solely educational.

Mind on the Media Donation Information

The Turn Beauty Inside Out (TBIO) Campaign, is an ongoing public education effort started by New Moon® Magazine and now coordinated by Mind on the Media. This is a collaborative effort to foster participation, discussion and awareness of women's and girls' images in the media. Your support is integral to making this project a success at local, national and international levels.
