Catalyst Foundation Charity Profile

501(c)(3) status Catalyst Foundation was incorporated in the state of Minnesota as a non-profit corporation. We have received tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States.

Public charity In addition, we have received an advance ruling from the IRS that our organization is a public charity. As such, grantors and contributors may rely on the IRS' determination that Catalyst Foundation is not a private foundation.
