Old Town Commercial Association Charity Profile

The Old Town Commercial Association (OTCA) is a diverse group of businesses, property owners and individuals united to promote the historic preservation, development and adaptive reuse of Lansing’s Old Town. OTCA was established in 1996 as a 501 ©(3) non-profit organization.

The Old Town Commercial Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the revitalization of Lansing’s Old Town through socioeconomic development, historic preservation, business recruitment and community outreach.

Old Town Commercial Association Volunteer Information

Old Town relies on a team of wonderful volunteers to help continue the revitalization process of Lansing’s historic commercial district. Hundreds of volunteers are needed each year to help the OTCA continue its mission of historic preservation, community beautification and economic development.There are many ways in which you, as a volunteer, can donate your time and energy to Old Town.
