This organization arose like an informal mechanism of exchange of information between academic activists and from both sides of the Mexico-State border Together with in the previous years the company/signature of the TLCAN. In 1993 Civil Association with the members of Sonant was constituted as and installed his soothes in the city of Hermosillo, where it remains to date. Our mission is to offer information services, qualification and environmental education to fortify the citizen participation in the solution of the environmental problems and health in the region of United the Mexico-State border.
