We turn old clothing and household items into treasure! And what greater treasure exists than the future of a child?Have you ever wished you could give back to your community, but couldn't find the time? With the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, making a difference has never been easier! Through our "Clean Up Clutter for a Good Cause" campaign, cleaning out your home serves the community at the same time.You just clean out clutter and bag it. Then we pick up your donations (like old clothes, shoes, small toys and household items) right at your doorstep. And to make things even easier, you receive a friendly reminder to notify you when we're picking up in your town.We then turn your used clothing, jeans and small household items into cash and donate up to 100% of the net profits to mentoring programs throughout the Greater Boston area. In fact, your donations help to provide more than 5,000 children with adult mentors.

We’re always looking for people eager to positively impact a child and improve their community at the same time. And, right now is no different. Big Brothers are in high demand. So, Start Something.For a few hours, a couple times a month, you can give a Little the invaluable gift of your friendship. By simply changing their perspective of what the world can offer, you can literally start changing their lives. And sometimes it’s as simple as playing video games, going to a museum, or just hanging out together. Doing good is a beautiful thing. As a Big Sister, you can give a girl an opportunity to see beyond her everyday world and dream big. It’s good for your Little, as well as your community. And it can start with simply letting her enjoy the things you already love to do, but can grow into something bigger.
