Mental Health Association Charity Profile

The Mental Health Association is the only body in Malta that focuses on the family members of persons suffering from a mental health illness. The MHA focuses on families since they are the most common form of care that sufferers receive; Educational seminars are held annually for family members and both children and adult books have been published serving as educational tools. MHA Malta is affiliated with EUFAMI - which is the European Federation of Associations of families of people with mental illness.

MHA continuously seeks professionals/students in the field of Mental Health to provide the much needed support to family members and to participate in the development of projects.
