HATI was to fill a gap. That’s what the initial idea was when a small group of us sat down one rainy evening at a local mamak shop sometime in 2001. HATI’s intention was, and still is to provide a more efficient and permanent link between the have-nots and the haves. A platform for the underprivileged to have their story told and needs publicised.
