Sheepscot Valley Conservation Association-SVCA Charity Profile

Established in 1969, the Sheepscot Valley Conservation Association (SVCA) is a non-profit land trust and advocacy group of 550 member families. We are proud to be celebrating our 40th Anniversary this year! Our mission is to conserve and restore the natural and historic heritage of the Sheepscot Watershed which encompasses 320 square miles in mid-coast Maine. We currently protect more than 2,600 acres through purchases and conservation easements. This includes over 13 miles of Sheepscot River frontage.
