Safehome Charity Profile
Safehome's services continue to expand to meet the growing needs of victims of domestic violence in our community. In addition to a 10-week shelter program for women, services also include a specialized children's program at the shelter and outreach counseling services.The mission of safehome is to break the cycle of sexual and domestic violence and abuse.
Safehome Volunteer Information
Each volunteer goes through a 9 hour, formal, volunteer orientation. Minimum age is 16. Weekly, monthly, and episodic volunteer opportunities exist. Younger children may volunteer at off site locations with supervision.
